As a kid I always loved Sports, Gymnastics and Yoga. But with time, increasing academics and other responsibilities made me distance myself from yoga. Being a mother of two kids and managing everything became very hectic for me. I always complained about my constant backaches.
When I got back to doing yoga my teacher asked me to master Surya Namaskar as in its 12 asanas it covers all aspects of yoga in one . I started with 15-20 SN in one strech , slowly noticed I didn’t have any more body aches and it improved my flexibility. After a month long practice, I can now do 108 Surya Namaskar in one stretch. Achieving 108SN gives me an internal sense of peace and achievement “
