Shipping & Delivery Policy

Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of Sattviko before You proceed to pay for Your purchase. In the event case Your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request You to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant's delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Sattviko, in such cases Sattviko will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. Sattviko doesn't deliver items internationally. However, You can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but at the same time ensuring the shipping address is within India.

 

In case You book multiple order for the Products and Services in one transaction, Sattviko would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics' issues. If You purchase multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by You. If You wish to ship Products to different addresses, then You should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

Packaging: All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.

 

Shipping Charges: Sellers provide FREE delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product. For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items and are mentioned clearly on the product page. Also Prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs as sellers are free to set their prices and prices listed in INR are only for India.

 

Estimated Time of Delivery:

The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders and 21 working days for international orders. All orders get shipped within 5 days from the Seller’s warehouse.

 

How is the Delivery done

We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies such Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL Fedex and the like. In some cases where the pin code/zip code is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners


Track your delivery Order

All Sattviko items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.

  

Local Taxes in countries outside India

Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land.
