Sattvik food is light, nutritious, easy to digest and always freshly prepared. The foods chosen for this diet bring clarity and balance both internally in the body as well as externally in the universe. A wholesome meal that doesn’t leave you feeling drowsy for hours later.

Our History

Sattviko started in the year 2014, and we’ve been on an epic ride ever since. From launching the quick service restaurants to becoming an healthy lifestyle brand, we have tried to stay true to our core beliefs of delivering an exceptional experience to our customers who are looking to adopt yoga and its practices. Within a year of launching, our outlets developed a huge customer base which loves our food and beverages, prepared using the yoga recipes and methods. Our customers love and support also helped us win the "Best Debutante Restaurant Chain" Award in December 2014.

Our Team

Prasoon Gupta

Flipping through an inflight magazine on an otherwise boring journey, Prasoon chanced upon an article on Sattvik food that caught his fancy.In all honesty, the pictures looked so tempting that he could flip no further.Being a decade long practitioner of yoga, it did not take Prasoon long toconnect sattvik and yoga philisophy. Thus was born Sattviko, his second entrepreneurial venture with his IIT Roorkee buddies.  At Sattviko, Prasoon is the people manager and handles Investor Relations but don’t be surprised if you see him trying his hand in the kitchen on a whim.

Ankush Sharma

An overwhelming distaste for a certain burger chain (let’s callit McFatty) and a vow to annihilate their world dominance in fast food nudged Ankush towards the food business. The eternal traveller, he loves to experiment with flavours and exploring local delicacies. At Sattviko, Ankush is incharge of branding, operations and expansion.

Ajay Khandelwal

When it comes to negotiation and client management skills, Ajay is the go-to person for everyone. With a background in Sales and post graduate in management, Ajay is the first person to monetize any idea that pops up in the team.

Archit Garg

A classic case example of the new-age Jugaad entreprenuer, Archit is not only the technocrat in the team but also everyone's personal guide to a frugal lifestyle. After spending a year in a bureaucratic organization, Archit started exploring the light speed expanding e-commerce industry. Before joining Sattviko, he was involved in numeorus online marketing and ecommerce projects. At Sattviko, Archit is responsible for technology, marketing and online sales.
