Born and brought up in Delhi, Meghna Manchanda has done her graduation in Physics from Delhi University and Masters in Physics along with Bachelor of Education. She is currently pursuing her second post-graduation in Education. She has worked in the field of teaching as a Physics educator and developed content for digital platforms. She developed an interest in Yoga at a very early age, all because her father has been practising yoga for the past 46 years and is still going strong. This interest turned into passion when she got the opportunity to get trained under the Yogini Ira Trivedi for health management. She has received her yoga certification from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi. She is certified by Yoga Alliance in 200 HR Hatha Yoga from Yog Love by Ira Trivedi.
