Yoga was never a part of my life. I was introduced to Sattviko’s Foodyoga marathon by my friend, I took up the challenge and I started practicing for it.
Being someone totally new to Yoga it was very difficult to be consistent with it and keeping in mind my disc injury I had to move slow. With regular practise I started to heal, my injury was completely gone and felt amazing.
It’s been 5 months since I started practicing Suryanamaskar, I can easily perform 108 Surya Namaskars without a pause. It has also helped my overall well-being and I am able to cope up with stress and anxiety even better now.
