“I have always been a Yoga person, someone who would perform basic yoga and pranayam on daily basis. Suryanamaskar was introduced to me by Sattviko, soon after I read about the foodyoga marathon I started practicing, my morning routine changed from performing basic asanas to performing Suryanamaskar.

Slowly & gradually by practicing daily and by being consistent I successfully completed 108 Suryanamakar. I have observed a tremendous change in myself, right from weight loss in just 4 months to be more focused and calm. I have transformed completely and there is no going back.”
